TOBT cares about you and helps you develop your skills, which you can implement to achieve your goals and become a certified beauty trainer.
The TOBT program helps you identify your weaknesses and strengths, develop your personality, and encourages you to raise your potential to face any challenge.
Anyone who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aesthetics field, has attended previous courses and workshops, and holds a BT Diploma in Aesthetics from Lebanon or its equivalent in any other country.
Apprentice trainers will be required to assist and follow up on students working with clients, gaining experience as they motivate students and deal with different cases
Training duration: 5 sessions
Session duration: 3 hours
Total hours of practice: 15 hours
The apprentice trainer will then train a student privately during a full
2-day course. They will be assessed based on the plan, preparation, and presentation they provide and on the student’s feedback about them.
After the 2-day course, apprentice trainers will participate in a trial workshop comprised of 2-4 students. Trainers are expected to present a full preparation for the workshop.
