My experience with Micha at IBEA International Beauty Expert Academy, through the TOBS and TOBT courses, was a turning point for me as both a PMU artist and a trainer.
I reached out to Micha when I was feeling frustrated and had many unanswered questions. Although I knew I had a talent but , the incorrect information and techniques I had learned previously had affected my results and confidence so much that I considered giving up PMU.
From our first conversation, I felt I had found someone who would listen and help me understand. During TOBS, Micha guided me through practical work on models, helping me identify my mistakes and understand why I had struggled to achieve good results. Her support continued beyond the training. Even today, I reach out to her with questions and client cases, and she continues to offer guidance.
TOBT helped me develop my skills as a trainer. Although I was a trainer at an academy before, I needed a more structured approach. With Micha’s encouragement, I prepared my own PMU course and organized it professionally into clear sessions. This strengthened my knowledge—because teaching is also a way of learning—and gave me greater confidence in sharing it with students.
On a personal level, Micha has also had a meaningful impact on me. Beyond teaching techniques, she supports the emotional side of learning and helps you see your potential beyond the limits you have set for yourself. Her perspective opens your eyes to possibilities you had never considered, and she encourages you to achieve things you might not have believed you could. She explains information in such a simple, clear way that learning feels more approachable. She helped me change how I see myself and my abilities.
