Meet the organizers

The IBEA Awards are made possible by a team of passionate leaders. Mrs. Micheline Khawand, founder of IBEA, is a leader in beauty education. She is joined by Mr. Georges Maatouk, a partner in IBEA, an expert hair designer, and a trainer for beauty consultants. Mr. Assaad Akl, IBEA Award 2024 Event Manager. Together, they work hard to celebrate the outstanding achievements of beauty experts.
